Dr. Babak ("Bob") Kamkar is a California Licensed Optometrist with over 30 years oof experience, and one of fewer than 2% of California optometrists who are licensed to the maximum level of the law, including diagnosing and treating glaucoma. For those who need further diagnostic tests, ocular blood flow study and the Heidelberg retina tomograph (HRT3) are performed. Dr. Chander also has a precision medicine initiative focused on understanding genetic variability in responses to anesthetic drugs and brain oscillations.
