Dr. Willeam A. Choby,  a renowned dental professional in implant dental surgery and reconstruction of the teeth continues to make significant strides in the field of dentistry. With a career dedicated to advancing oral health, Dr. Choby is integrating his extensive clinical expertise with innovative public health principles to improve patient outcomes and community well-being.

Dr. Choby received his Bachelor’s degree and Dental Medicine Doctor (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by General Practice residency and appointment as Chief Dental Resident at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn New York. He also earned a continuing education degree of Masters of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) Complementing his dental credentials, he holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), which enhances his ability to address oral health challenges through a public health lens. His master’s thesis “Licensure and the Dental Market” from Virginia Tech continues to stimulate the dialogue in the various state boards of dentistry.

Dr. Choby is an active member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) where he earned a Diplomate degree (DICOI) and a Fellow in the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics (FICCMO).

Dr. Choby is frequently called upon to provide his expertise on public health matters, second opinions,  peer review and malpractice questions.  He has testified in court over a dozen times and has participated in dozens of sworn depositions.

Armond Kotikian, DDS, MD, FACS, is double board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In the clinic setting, Dr. Kotikian routinely performs IV sedations for complex cases including impacted wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting and tumor excisions. He specializes in:

Brian T. Hart, DDS, is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon actively practicing in the state of Washington. With over 30 years of private practice experience in all aspects of oral surgery.  He has been a clinical instructor in oral and maxillofacial surgery at both Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. 

Dr. Hart is the co-founder of the Greater Seattle Multidisciplinary Study Club and has been published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  He is a consultant and participant in IME, panel, and peer reviews across the country.
