Mr. Sinai also manages the sourcing process (development of RFPs/RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, contract award) for material and equipment not covered by existing category management strategies.  He designed, project managed and built over 145 gas station and car wash facilities in North America, Canada, and Mexico
