David Wilshaw, MS, PG has over 35 years of experience in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics, Engineering Geophysics, Hydrogeology and Geoenvironmental Assessments. Since 2012, his company Britannia Solutions LLC has continuously provided expert geological opinions to insurance carriers, private individuals, corporations and their respective legal advisers. Mr. Wilshaw offers services as a Professional Geologist and expert witness with respect to disputed sinkhole insurance claims and many other specialized areas of engineering geology, including Ground Collapse, Slope Failures, Underground Mining Subsidence and the Adequacy of Ground Investigations in relation to claims under construction contracts. Dr. Christopher D. Dore, Registered Professional Archaeologist 10331, provides expert witness services in the fields of Archaeology, Anthropology, and Cultural Resource / Heritage Management. His expert services focus on the investigation, damage assessment, and valuation of damage resulting from impacts to archaeological resources under the Archaeological Resources Protection Act and other laws. Dr. Dore is accomplished, credible, and well recognized in the archaeological community. He has held faculty positions at five major research universities and received research grants from sources including the National Science Foundation. Dr. Dore is a past President of the Register of Professional Archaeologists, archaeology's standards and credentialing organization. He also has served as the President of the American Cultural Resources Association and Treasurer of the Society for American Archaeology (SAA). He has been the editor of Advances in Archaeological Practice: A Journal of the Society for American Archaeology. Dr. Dore has received a Presidential Recognition Award frm the SAA and the Asa T. Hill Memorial Award for outstanding contributions to Plains archaeology from the Nebraska State Historical Society. David R. Clark, PE, PhD – Co-Founder Dr. Clark is an Emeritus Engineering Professor at Kettering University. He was an engineering Ph.D. graduate from the University of Michigan, where he specialized in human factors engineering and system safety analyses. In particular, his earlier degrees in mechanical and electrical areas have given him a special expertise in electrical fire- and explosion-related accidents.
David G. Koger is a Remote Sensing Image Analysis expert with over 40 years of experience in the field. He configured and operates a state-of-the-art remote sensing image analysis and geographic information system and consults on various remote sensing applications.
Background Experience - Mr. Koger was an early researcher and developer of Satellite Data Applications. He installed analog and digital image analysis workstations and trained users in defense, major oil, and academia in Panama, Ecuador, Chile, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Africa and the U.S. His clients include the Department of Energy, National Cancer Institute, American Farm Bureau, broadcast journalism, law firms, and several hundred oil and gas explorationists.
In 2007, Mr. Koger conducted a study to map regional geomorphic features for all of Nebraska. Since that time, ten earthquakes of 3.0 and above on the Richter scale have coincided with features mapped. Using Digital Airborne Platforms, he has studied huge areas around the globe.
In his unique line of work, Mr. Koger has performed forensics film analysis, searched for Noah's Ark, and analyzed images of the Shroud of Turin and the underwater video that found the Titanic.

Philip T. Tringale, PhD, PE is a registered Professional Civil Engineer with over 25 years of Environmental Consulting experience. His site and redevelopment projects include commercial and industrial facilities, landfills, and cases requiring technical support for litigation. Dr. Tringale has directed numerous site assessments and remediation programs involving soil and groundwater contaminated primarily by organic solvents, metals, and petroleum products. He has particular expertise in site characterization and in the use of in-situ testing to evaluate soil properties. Dr. Tringale has provided final design for remedial actions that involve excavation, containment, bioremediation, vacuum extraction, monitoring, and groundwater treatment.
