Dr. Jeffrey Stone, DO, MPH, FCCWS, specializing in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, served as Medical and Fellowship Director for the Hyperbaric Medicine Unit at the Institute for Exercise & Environmental Medicine at Texas Health Dallas from 1992- May 2016. Dr. Stone received his medical degree from Western States University and received a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University. Dr. Stone completed a residency in aerospace medicine at Brooks Air Force Base and a fellowship in hyperbaric medicine and Wound care at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Stone started visiting nursing facilities in the Dallas Metroplex in the early 1990's teaching, educating and caring for individuals with chronic wounds. He is one of the first 60 physicians in the U.S. to receive his certification in Wound Care. Dr. Stone currently provides care to patients in acute care, LTAC, long term care facilities SNF and Nursing Home) and outpatient care.
Dr. Stone has been widely published in many medical journals regarding his expertise in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. He serves as an Expert Witness for Peer Reviews, Legal Reviews, and Medical Malpractice Cases.

Dr. Patricia J. Bartzak, DNP, RN, CMSRN, is a highly educated Bedside Registered Nurse with an active practice in a level one trauma center for a leading academic medical center in the northeast. Dr. Bartzak has more than 17 years of bedside experience with multiple nursing certifications including trauma and burn care, as well as cardiac and advanced cardiac life support. In addition to her current role, Dr. Bartzak has practice experience with cardiac, stable ventilator and geriatric-psychiatry patients. Dr. Bartzak has a program of research with the veteran population in the area of post-traumatic stress disorder. She is a column editor for a peer-reviewed nursing journal and frequently submits and has been published in MedSurg Matters, the journal of the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses. Dr. Bartzak is well-versed in research protocols, and remains current on a number of research trials. Dr. Bartzak maintains CITI certification and is a voting member of an Institutional Review Board (IRB). Mary B. Gloeckner, RN, MS, APN, is a Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist who specializes in Wound Care and Ostomy Nursing. She has been a nursing consultant at Trinity Medical Center in Rock Island, Illinois, a 500 Bed hospital, for over 35 years. Ms. Gloeckner started the Wound & Ostomy Clinic (WOC) program at Trinity when she began there in 1983. Persky RN, MBA, PhD, CLNC, CNOR is a Columbia University trained nurse researcher with over 40 years of broad Clinical Nursing experience and 25 years of senior leadership in Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Home Health organizations.
