David Levenberg has over 35 years of Corporate Security experience with national retailers and large shopping center owner / developers. After decades of experience as a corporate security executive in the retail and shopping center industry, Mr. Levenberg now assists attorneys on issues involving Mall / Shopping Center, Retail Security or Loss Prevention.
Background Experience: Prior to founding Center Security Services, Inc., Mr. Levenberg was responsible for the public safety, loss prevention, and emergency planning programs for more than 300 regional and super regional shopping centers across the country. He has overseen and contributed to the creation and execution of loss prevention and public safety programs domestically and internationally.
Mr. Levenberg has worked closely with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Retail Federation in their efforts related to mall security and retail loss prevention, including serving as Chairman of the ICSC Security Committee for a number of years.
Litigation Support: Mr. Levenberg's experience in the corporate world along with his education in Criminology make him unique in the industry. He works very closely with the legal departments, risk management departments, and insurance carriers participating in reviews and investigations related to litigation.
Mr. Levenberg specializes in Premises Liability cases related to Shopping Centers, Malls, Retail, Warehouses, and Apartment Complexes. He has been involved with both Defense and Plaintiff litigation in over 75 cases.
