He has experience in medication utilization statistical analyses to demonstrate adherence to evidence-based practice guidelines and inform health program policies.

Dr. Ladikos examines pharmacoeconomic trends to ensure that a cost-effective pharmacy benefit is administered to members, and consults with care management team to provide guidance regarding member goals.
