He has investigated over 150 incidents, including serious injuries, fatality, chemical spills, and equipment and facility damage. Mr. Franklin's services are available to attorneys representing plaintiff and defendant. Mr. Franklin provides site review, thorough reporting, depositions, and trial testimony as needed.
