Lisa Landis is a multifamily operations executive and consultant with 28 years of experience spanning onsite property management, regional leadership, and senior executive oversight of large, multi-state portfolios. Through CORH Group, she works with multifamily owners, operators, and leadership teams to solve operational challenges, strengthen organizational performance, and build more effective leaders.

Lisa brings experience across conventional multifamily, LIHTC, HUD-assisted housing, Rural Development, public housing, Section 811, workforce housing, and third-party management. She has held executive responsibility for portfolios exceeding 150 properties and 10,000 units across 13 states and has led organizations through growth, operational turnarounds, management transitions, technology and process implementation, organizational change, and performance improvement.
