    Jim C. Scott is a Railroad Operations Consultant with over 40 years of hands-on experience at various levels in the Railroad Industry.

    A leader in his field, Mr. Scott's railroad-related, selected accomplishments include:
    • Starting the position "Super Hostler", which eliminated terminal delay on L & N Railroad
    • Tested and recommended purchase of the Vapor-Pacesetter device now in use on portions of CSX Transportation for loading and unloading Unit Coal trains
    • Tested and recommended purchase of end of train device now in use on CSX
    • Jointly responsible with other employees for consolidating various Train Handling and Air Brake Rule books with the formation of Seaboard System Railroad
